BHADRA Afforestation Program in Rural Schools
We have taken steps towards realizing our goal of a greener India by initiating afforestation programs in rural schools in Karnataka. Our approach is systematic, starting with identifying schools in rural areas in partnership with government agencies. Once identified, our CSR wing develops a comprehensive plan that outlines the objectives, budget, resources, and timeline for the program. Student involvement is crucial in our program, and we educate them about the importance of trees and the environment, while also involving them in planting and caring for the trees. Engaging local communities and fostering a sense of ownership among them is key to the sustainability of the program. Additionally, we provide seedlings, tools, and training to the schools and communities. We regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of the program to ensure its effectiveness and positive impact.
Employee Involvement
We believe that employee involvement is essential to our social initiatives and educational projects. By encouraging and supporting the voluntary participation of our employees in educational workshops and tree plantation initiatives with rural children, we aim to engage professionals in social inclusion and help communities.
